Introduction:

This overcurrent test equipment is mainly used as a testing power supply that super power IGBT module components carry out over current in the flexible DC transmission power system. The DC transmission test equipment provides a test platform with adjustable high voltage DC charging power supply. It adopts SCR voltage regulating rectifier for capacitor's charging. We adopt DSP computer digital control technology, thus the overcurrent test equipment has a fast dynamic response speed, high control precision and smart protection. Test loaded with hollow core reactor owning groups of tapping, this DC transmission test equipment can meet different needs of IGBT module components' over current shutoff test. The flexible DC overcurrent test equipment can also be used in industrial and mining enterprises, scientific research institute and other areas where high voltage DC and low ripple power supply are needed.

Main Technical Features of DC Transmission Test Equipment:

1. The DC overcurrent test equipment adopts rectifier transformer primary side SCR AC regulator and secondary side multi-groups three-phase bridge silicon diode rectifier series connection. You can choose 6-pulse rectifier, 12-pulse rectifier or 24-pulse rectifier.
2. Master controller of this DC transmission test equipment uses DSP microcomputer digital control with fast response speed and no overshoot.
3. Flexible DC transmission power system overcurrent test equipment realizes many protection functions, such as open phase, over voltage, under voltage, fast fuse blown fuse alarm and circuit breaker protections; output over current and current limiting protections; output short circuit and instantaneous overload protections; SCR rectifier components, rectifier transformer and bus copper bar overheating and other protections.
4. This DC transmission test equipment can display, store and record the process curves of DC current, DC voltage and AC current.
5. According to customers' requirements, we can configure CAN BUS, PROFIBUS, ETHERNET, RS485 and RS232 optical fiber communication to realize remote control or monitoring of this overcurrent test equipment .
6. It can be connected with computer through RS485 communication interface, and also can be stored by U disk then re-stored to computer.
7. This DC transmission test equipment conforms to national GB3859-93 standard and IEC60146 testing requirements.
